I seen their 5 star reviews and was almost hesitant becasue there were no bad reviews at all. Once we dealt with them I can see why there were no bad reviews. This company is run by people who actually care and know their stuff. Matt came out and did a diagnostics on my furnace which was with the house I bought a bit over three years ago. The furnace is almost old enough to drink at this point but rather just quote a new one he took the time to look it over and find out it just needed a part to keep it going. I would highly recommend them to anyone and dont plan on dealing with any other companies with future needs myself becasue how great my experience was with them.“

He quickly fixed the problem, offered info about the company’s membership program which then saved us some money on today’s service and will provide a yearly check of our heating system this Fall. “We contacted the team at G.W. Gill Plumbing and Heating due to an issue with our hot water tank. I greatly appreciated working with a real team member on the phone and not having to input information into AI to talk to someone about our problem. We initially left a voicemail and got a call back within 15 minutes and scheduled a time for a team member to come out to help diagnose the problem. Logan worked assiduously to detect the problem, but unfortunately, we needed to replace the tank. The pricing to replace the hot water tank was very fair and reasonable, especially because we needed a specific size.

Logan and Devin came out a few days later to replace our hot water tank. Our tank is in a small space, but they worked diligently to safely remove the tank.I cannot say enough good things about working with Devin and Logan. They took the time to go the extra mile, making sure everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. They went above and beyond, thoughtfully considering even the little things that could affect our tank, which gave us complete confidence in their work. They were also extremely knowledgeable and were able to explain things thoroughly. The job was tough due to the small space and other obstacles, and both Logan and Devin were extremely polite and well tempered throughout the entire process, above what I would have been able to sustain in the situation.
