“Ordered tubing for new garage floor. Staff completed the tubing diagram and required supplies. When installation began, it was discovered that there was a shortage of foam sheets. Steve not only had the foam shipped to me the following day, he re-worked the number of required sheets with remaining space and sent a refund check with the driver!
