Referred by my home warranty company for my AC. Don was persistent with company for part needed as still under warranty. Installed part in May & started having issues again. Called Don & he sent Jim who found a frozen coil installed by another company incorrectly. Jim took care of issue & so far so good. Excellent response & service!👏👏👏

I called Mon night after 8 pm. Tech was here Tues morning. Diagnosed problem on boiler, ordered part and next day installed. Jimmy the tech was excellent and owner Don Tonty also excellent for getting back to us quickly! Thank you guys so much!!

I give them 5 stars. Would have them come back again. I have a 2-10 home warranty plan. Was referred to Superior heating and cooling by 2-10. Can not believe the low scores. I am a Happy customer. And I'm picky and meticulous. Did not read the reviews till I went to write this review.
They came out about 2 weeks ago to look at the furance. Said I needed a new one. Installed today July 15 2024. Jim was very knowledgeable, work was done in a timely fashion, pleasant to talk to, answered all my questions. Very neat, and they cleaned up mess before they left. Everything was back the way they found it. Happy customer. ?
