Tbh....this was warranty work and I was frustrated in the beginning and then enters Bob....he got everything up and running, he communicated, he went above and beyond and now I am happily washing clothes.

Neil was extremely helpful and very thorough. He checked every odd and end of our dryer until he could figure out the issue. The repair man we had prior didn't pull out one tool and said it was fine. So thankful Neil came to help!
Bob was Great But not too familiar with our Combo Unit company should provide Training on these machines to their technicians originally troubleshooting led to a sensor issue code after the part was ordered then another code appears to wash the softener from the plastic filter not a normal part washed clean
