Had to have a cooktop Replaced, Adam came out and measured, he was very knowledgeable very polite. A couple of weeks later they came to install it, again Adam came out and was one of the guys that installed it. They were both very nice very polite very knowledgeable and Spoke English all around awesome. Had no issues. Would highly recommend them.
We will never use anyone else for appliance installation! After a fiasco with LG’s national installers, we contacted Ebel’s to uninstall and properly reinstall a double wall oven. Adam and his partner were knowledgable and very professional. Not only did they complete the oven install, but after assessment they saw that our cooktop needed adjustment and took care of that issue as well. Communication with the company is excellent. We were given a time window and contacted when the team was on their way to the house. This was a seamless transaction after a highly disappointing experience with LG. I highly recommend Ebel’s and thank them for excellent service.
Ebel's has been an excellent company for appliance service. The person who answered the phone was helpful and accommodating when scheduling. We received a call in the morning to confirm our appointment time and then another call when the technicians were on their way. The techs were professional, and the phone quote was accurate. We had to have our dishwasher re-secured. I highly recommend.
