They came out the same day, we called. AJ was awesome! AJ took the time to figure out the problem with the sump pump! The sump pump couldn't keep up! We had never had this problems before. AJ discovered the problem they were back to fix it a couple days later. Job is complete we are extremely satisfied customers! We will call them for our plumbing needs.
We had to shut off the water to our home on Memorial Day due to my incompetence on handling a leaking shower valve. I called L.A. Reedy and AJ promptly answered my call even thought he was tied up with a family event. He had Chris come out and cap off the shower so that we could have water and use our other shower. Chris returned two days later and installed the new valve and shower accessories. Chandra kept us updated on Chris' arrival time and the project/fix was completed in a timely and professional manner. I can't thank Chris and LA Reedy Plumbing enough for their timely response and professionalism. We will use LA Reedy in the future for our plumbing needs!
AJ and Chandra are third generation owners of L. A. Reedy Plumbing in Warren County Ohio. If that doesn't say enough for the quality and integrity of this company, I have a few more words to add. It was more than a little concerning when I found out that my 30-year-old inground cement haul-water cistern was taking on water after heavy rain storms. Jon Stewart at JWS Water Hauling, who is my long time and best in the business water hauler suggested I contact L.A. Reedy Plumbing. AJ and his assistant Christopher came out and drained the water to get into the cistern to find the leak. But they weren't able to find any problems inside the tank.
