“Apria did an excellent job in helping process my prescription for a CPAP machine. I called Apria regarding my prescription and sent the sleep study report and prescription on a Thursday or Friday. They submitted my claim to my insurance and they approved it within 2 days (Saturday). I received a call that following Monday to schedule an appointment with their respiratory therapist and was able to get in the following day (Tuesday). The appointment with their respiratory therapist respiratory therapist in Lexington (Brian) was seamless. He had everything ready and explained the CPAP machine thoroughly and extremely helpful.
