I am an employee with Comfort Care Home Health Services they treat their clients and their employees amazing I've been with them for 2 years and have no complaints they are an awesome and amazing company.

If I could give a 0 I would this is The worst and most unprofessional place I have ever seen in my life. My mother passed away on June 25th in her home she was Supposed to have an aid that morning but the aide texted to call off at 8am the text was completely unprofessional the agency its self never called to say hey we don’t have another aid or anything then the aid texted my mother again after 3pm asking if she was okay because of no response needless to say a i was never notified welfare check was not done until 5pm when my mom was found deceased in her bathroom please do not use this agency your family member or self could be laying on the floor for hours before they are found oh and one more thing the aide called my mothers case manager not the agency this is the most unprofessional worthless company I have ever come across
