The office staff is commended for going above and beyond to meet families' needs, taking the time to ensure everything is working out well. They are highly recommended for their professional and caring service. In cases where there were initial issues, the company was quick to address and resolve them, resulting in a positive experience for the family.
Altercare and especially Annie Lykins did a wonderful job taking care of my Mother who is bed ridden traveling from Ohio to North Carolina so I could care for her in my home. From the first call to the final destination, Annie was by our side the whole way. I could not have accomplished the transport without her and saved us thousands of dollars! Thank you is just not enough. Highly recommend and if they ever open an office in Greenville, NC. I would be the first client. Care, compassion, and Christ centered care was everything we needed.
The whole staff at altercare is wonderful. I wouldn't trade this company for the Moon. They are good, kind General and they are who they are the best one I've ever had. Thank you and God bless you and I hope God blesses this company over and over and over again.
Annie and her team do incredible work! Compassionate, caring and extraordinarily professional. The were fantastic with my sister, and super responsive to pop-up needs. If I ever need in home care, I want Annie's Altercare team providing it!
