I met with Dr Tsai and immediately felt like he was going to help me get the information I needed about my own condition to make more knowledgeable decisions for future good health. “I can honestly say my experience at Sugarcreek Health Center Imaging was great! I had been evaluated by Virginia. She is definitely a people person, professional, knowledgeable, and explained each detail of the imaging, which was my entire digestive system. I was surprised she has been working in the field a long time because she was energetic and appeared highly motivated. Its been a long time since I had that much attention by a medical professional. I also want to comment on the other staff members. The you lady at the front counter was extremely pleasant and helpful as was the lady who collected my medical information. She will help you with anything she can to keep you healthy, I love the fact she isn't a doctor who throws medications at you to solve problems but actually uses her knowledge to help you. I have had several other doctors and she is my favorite by far. I truly trust her and her staff. Her referrals to specialists are amazing. I have a great team of doctors and am healthier than I have been in years.“
