Worst experience I have ever received from medical billing. My bill was not fully processed through insurance as I received and "error" denial. I was sent to collections after 3.5 months and 2 letters, with very little information or explanation that this was tied to Kettering Health, that I was told not to pay from insurance due to the fact the bill was not final.When I called to get some explanation, they told me I had to pay in full immediately for this to be paid to collections. Luckily, collections has been pleasant to work with and has helped me by putting this on pause until insurance has actually processed the bill.

Paid in full only pays what you owe them on your payment plan and not the full balance. I got sent to collections on a bill I used their system to “pay in full” how on earth was I supposed to know it wouldn’t pay the full balance?
