“Jody came out and worked on our old furnace late on Thanksgiving Eve, if I remember correctly, which ended up needing a replacement main component. There was of course none to be found so he worked over several days on the broken part and finally got it working. For all of his efforts, the cost was beyond reasonable. Shaw Mechanical came out the next day and I got text confirmations of the technicians arrival time from the time I booked my appointment until he arrived on site Thad Albright the Technician was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the system. I have an HVAC background so I already had an idea of where the leak was. Thad went right to work and verified that was the leak and was able to fix , evacuate the system and refill with refrigerant then verified the system was operating correctly and discharging the correct air temperature.
