Jody came out and worked on our old furnace late on Thanksgiving Eve, if I remember correctly, which ended up needing a replacement main component. There was of course none to be found so he worked over several days on the broken part and finally got it working. For all of his efforts, the cost was beyond reasonable. He was just awesome to work with. Kind, understanding, explained what the issues were and answered every question patiently. I would highly recommend him and Home Experts without hesitation!

Jody is the most caring guy for his customers. We had windchill Temps of 30 to 40 below today and woke up to no heat. Jody was here in an hour and a half. Another hour and a half and we had heat. He is honest, reliable and knowledgeable. We won't use anyone else!

Thank you, Jody Litten, for always being here for us. Not only has Jody serviced our heating system for years, he also installed our new furnace, replacing one that had been in use for 30+ years.
