“My experience with Glass Guru could not have been better. I had the inner pane crack on a large window. It is a Pella window and Pella said that they could not replace the glass and I would have to replace the entire window structure for around $6500 and it would not match the other windows. I had numerous quotes from others. All just wanted to replace all of my windows. GG came out and said that they could fix it by just replacing the glass. They also replaced a large door window that had lost its seal. Both are perfect and the cost was under $1000. Later on, I had removed a window that I had repaired but could not reinstall it. (STAY AWAY from Pella!!!!). The tech came out to give an estimate, took one look at it and re-installed it himself.....no charge!!! I doubt that I would ever consider another window company other than Glass Guru.“

“Contacted Elliot after seeing a positive review on Facebook. He was out of town but said his brother Ethan would reach out to schedule a free roof inspection. He came out the very next day. Made the process so easy. He informed us we didn’t need a new roof and provided proof for our insurance company. Would highly recommend these guys for being professional, quick to respond, amazing customer service and most of all not just selling me a new roof when I didn’t need one.
