The sales person was professional and courteous and reviewed all options. I had a clear understanding of my choices and prices which were reasonable to me given the window industry. As staff installed my windows the window sill came apart unexpectedly but they replaced it immediately. The window was beautiful and I am very pleased with the final product. Also they were very punctual and on time for my sales and installation appointments. I will use Universal Windows Direct for my future window projects.
