We just had all new windows and a sliding glass door put in with Apco. We had gotten windows with another company earlier this year (who I am legally not allowed to say) and had THE worst experience EVER with them.
Chris came to our home and was very knowledgeable and honest. We have ALOT of sunlight that comes in thru the back of our house and he said we could upgrade the glass package in our back windows and sliding glass door which we did. I had no idea that was even an option. I am really glad that we made that decision.
The install had a few bumps in the beginning because of damage that had been caused but couldn't be seen from the other window company. Once everything was figured out the installers were fantastic! They took their time and were respectful of our home.
We are VERY happy with our new windows and sliding glass door. They are GREAT quality and our neighbors have been very complimentary on how wonderful they look. I would definitely recommend Apco to anyone!

Reviews
I was still dealing with another company who did my siding and windows so was very apprehensive trusting another company for my front door. I decided I knew what I wanted and sent that to 3 companies when I scheduled for estimates. APCO was the only one who questioned what I was asking for and showed me alternatives. The sales rep was absolutely no pressure. He asked questions and ultimately designed the door for me.
The day of installation brought rain. While I was expecting a reschedule, they surprised me, showing up on time. They only asked if they could utilize the garage. As wet as it was outside none of that made its way inside.
When they were finished they cleaned up the work area, including sweeping out the garage. They gave me instructions on how the doors operate. What to expect over the coming months with the season changes. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous
While APCO was not the cheapest quote I received, from the sales rep to then installers they were the best choice. My only regret is that I didn’t hire them for the siding and windows.
I have been beyond impressed with APCO. I used them initially to replace my soffit, fascia, and gutters and was very impressed by the speed and quality of the work. So when a car accident took my front porch off I called them up again and they of course did a fantastic job. Communicated well and efficient.
