“From the initial appointment with Bill to finishing up both projects I could not be happier with Ohio Exteriors. I had a patio replaced and a sunroom addition added to the back of my home. After talking with many sunroom companies Ohio Exteriors was the only company able to give me exactly what I wanted at a reasonable cost. The whole team is knowledgeable and kind. The worksite was kept neat and clean and I didn’t have to worry about items in the yard for my dog to get into.They had a dumpster with a porta potty attached so there weren’t interruptions with people in and out of the house. The work that needed done inside of the house was done so that there was not a lot of interference with daily household chores. I can honestly say that I am completely satisfied and love the new additions to my home.“

Ramos Roofing wasn’t the lowest quote but they were able to answer all my questions knowledgeably and proved themselves to be quality professionals through our numerous discussions & site visits prior to hiring them.

“I had hail damage on my roof. My husband was in the hospital and I was able to get the roof done thanks to Adam. He handled the insurance for me and it all worked out perfectly. After the roof I was looking for gutter toppers. I had quotes from companies wanting $15 to 20 k for the job. I was about to give up and Adam had stopped by to look over the toof. He said he could get me gutter toppers for a much more reasonable price. They put them on and they look great. Don’t know how well they work since they were just installed but I am sure they will do the job. Thanks to Adam Don and the two young guys that did the gutters. I spoke to Danielle and she scheduled a service appointment for someone to come out to inspect the windows. Since these carry a lifetime warranty, the only cost out of my pocket was the $130 trip charge which I was more than happy to pay.
Today, their technician Carlos, came to the house within the scheduled time window. He called me beforehand and let me know he was on his way.
He replaced all 6 defective windows including a large picture window and a fixed panel slider all on his own without help from anyone. He explained everything he was doing and was only here about an hour. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and had a great attitude. I couldn’t have been happier with the results.
In this day and age where excellent customer service is few and far between, Carlos went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.
