The attention to detail, hard work from the team, and finished product were all the best of the best. Exterior Allianxe replaced all of the siding on our house, the trim, shingle roof, and also did light installation/ some other small jobs to go along with siding work. Just such a quality work! Dan also communicated and worked closely with our window installer so the process was seamless.

“AC Roofing & Siding is amazing. We had a different home remodeling contractor come out to our home and claim we needed a new roof, and that we had tons of moisture problems in our attic. I called AC Roofing for a second opinion, and they got us on their schedule quickly, did a thorough inspection of our roof, attic, siding, and gutters, and told us you don’t have a moisture problem, and don’t need a new roof.
They did say we could use new gutters (with gutter guards), because ours are old and busted, which we will be hiring them for very soon. But more impressively they gave us three pieces of advice for work they don’t even do (that’s when you know a contractor is shooting you straight ): Guards around our solar polars to keep rodents from going under them, more insulation in our attic, and removing an old “whole house fan” from our upstairs hallway to keep from losing heat and cool thru that opening to our attic.

“My parents had replaced the windows in their house at least 20 years ago, (maybe more) using Champion Windows. My parents passed away and I inherited their house. A few of the windows were leaking so I called them.
I spoke to Danielle and she scheduled a service appointment for someone to come out to inspect the windows. Since these carry a lifetime warranty, the only cost out of my pocket was the $130 trip charge which I was more than happy to pay.
Today, their technician Carlos, came to the house within the scheduled time window. He called me beforehand and let me know he was on his way.
He replaced all 6 defective windows including a large picture window and a fixed panel slider all on his own without help from anyone. He explained everything he was doing and was only here about an hour. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and had a great attitude. I couldn’t have been happier with the results.
In this day and age where excellent customer service is few and far between, Carlos went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.
