Wilmer and his team came to replace my roof today and I am completely satisfied with not only the product they provided me the effort they put forth to make everything right. I've never seen a crew put as much effort into cleaning up after the job was done. Five stars for the attitude to consistency the work ethic and the cleaning.

Best experience we've ever had with a contractor. Starting with Daniel who was the sales rep, to Wilmer the site manager, and including the entire crew everyone went above and beyond our expectations. They were respectful of us and our property and did a fantastic job and were sincere in making sure we were satisfied with everything and quick to address any concerns we had.

Schottenstein Roofing was great to work with from start to finish. On the front end sales side, Nick Tranchina provided great customer service. He walked us through what he was seeing during our roof inspection and took time to explain each detail. I never felt pressured in any way to make a decision and felt that Nick was mainly there to address any concerns I had. He provided great communication through the whole process and answered all the questions I had. On the install side, we had the pleasure of working with Wilmer Garcia and his team. Everyone on the job site was extremely professional. They showed up on time and worked diligently to finish faster than they expected....read full review
