Dr. Shank took the time to explain what she was seeing during the exam, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and explained my prescription changes instead of just handing me a piece of paper. When I mentioned issues I was having, she provided specific actionable steps I could take to address those issues. Picking out frames was also a genuinely pleasant experience.
