Vision Professionals in New Albany is a wonderful place to go for eye exams, vision problems, glasses/contacts and more. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. From the girls at the front desk, the pre examiners to Dr Martin, they are all great!

I was immediately greeted by the very friendly front desk staff. I found the clinical and the store space to be very nicely set up with excellent choices of eye glasses. There was almost no waiting time as I was taken in by the very energetic and friendly office manager, Cassidy for pre-screening at the successive equipment stations. I was seen by Dr. Panda, who did a thorough examination and nicely explained my ocular health and vision. She is the best doctor I have seen in the last 40 years of wearing corrective lenses. I visited Vision Professionals New Albany for the first time and saw Dr. Panda. I cannot speak highly enough about the whole experience. I've never consistently gone to the same eye doctor because I've never been to one I felt saw me as an individual and cared for my specific needs. Every person I interacted with was incredible. Very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I left being excited that I found an eye doctor that cared for me, which is very important to me in my healthcare. Cannot rave enough.
