I've been coming to Central Ohio Vision for over 20 years and have experienced nothing but great customer service. Today's experience was nothing out of the ordinary. When I arrived, I filled out intake paperwork and then offered food and beverage. They have a new beverage and snack area and it's awesome. It was so funny, the tech was helping me pick a flavor of drink that was cold as the one that I grabbed was warm as they just restocked. Great interaction with the technician and a great exam. Only thing I didn't love is that they still dilate your eyes unless you pay out of pocket for a new service. Will definitely be back next year for my annual checkup.
I have been coming here now for 2 years! Amazing staff!! Had the best experience with Dr. Amy Keller and Phoenix. They provided great patient care and made me feel welcomed as always. Thank you all for your hardwork and commitment to us . I highly recommend anyone to come and get the best care they deserve.
I’m a new to this location and picked it because of the reviews. Just wow! Dr Karres was very thorough, professional and awesome. The staff were amazing as well. They topped it off with a great coffee station. Totally recommend!!!!
