I have always had a wonderful experience at America’s Best but the staff at this location are truly America’s Best. Michelle, Tiffany, and everyone else was so kind and helpful, allowed me to take my time in what glasses best suit me and gave great suggestions. Thank you!…:)

I just wanted to say a big Thank you to all the ladies that helped for my appointment. I was given excellent customer service by each care coordinator. From the desk staff to Valentina and Michelle. Thank you for all your help and with the selection of my glasses. I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness. I witnessed the same Service to all the customers that were in the office that evening. Thank you again

I recently took my 85 year old mother into the Reynoldsburg location to have her glasses fixed. My mother and I were extremely pleased with the service we received from Alex! Alex was extremely welcoming and attentive throughout our visit! She treated us with such kindness. Her service was extraordinary!
