Glasses for my son. The customer service was A1. Felt welcomed as soon as we entered. Didn't have to wait for help. Answered all my questions. Great prices. It was kind of fun, and it didn't take all day.

Vi and Simone were so incredibly welcoming and kind! I’ve never tried Warby Parker, but needed glasses before my usual annual visit. The store is tidy, modern, and open. I loved the selection and the price. Excited to get my frames (chosen on Simone’s recommendation!) in the mail.

Great experience! Broke my primary pair of glasses, and came in to get another pair. Was helped accordingly, but nothing was shoved down my throat which is what usually bothers me at the traditional eye doctor. VERY affordable.
