Today our son went in for new glasses. Instead of making him wait because the frames he wanted are on back order, they are giving him the sample pair to use and then will switch out the lenses to the new frames when they arrive. They are also incredibly patient with our kiddos who can be high energy and very curious. Customer service done right all around!!
