My first appointment with Trish was a few weeks ago and I was very happy with her services. She was friendly and personable while providing a relaxed environment while applying my lash extensions. She communicated all info before my appointment, via text messaging (promptly) and I appreciate how convenient that is. I have already scheduled my next appointment with her and plan to continue with future appointments as well. I highly recommend Trish not just for her skills but her amazing customer service!

I had a great experience at Crave Beauty Bar and their service in person is phenomenal, however, I'm omitting a star simply because they never answer the phone. I think I've called 5 times and they haven't answered a single time. I'm leery about booking online simply because I've had bad experiences, but booking with an actual person on the phone shouldn't be this difficult.
