the black lady that is there in the morning was rude as could be, we walked in i didn’t know how to add my mom as a plus one and she was rude and kept rolling her eyes i love the place but her service was horrible.

I have the nape trimmed up every few weeks at another location. It usually only takes no more than 5 minutes and they only charge me for nape trim, like half the cost. This location insisted on charging 17 dollars for just shaving my neckline. Hard pass...
