It was an anwesome experience. The Gahanna staff is warm, welcoming and FUNNY. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. Chelsie made me very comfortable and it was easy to talk to her. Ben was not assigned to me but he was still very helpful and engaging. Even Adrienne (sp) filled in once and she was great. I loved Donna at the front desk, she always entertained me being chatty. They were flexible with me on so many occasions and didn't guilt me for it . I am grateful to have been serviced by this team and that my shoulder pain has greatly improved, but I will miss going to sessions with them, and I'm the type that HATES working out! Would recommend these guys… read full review
Ben was a fabulous PT and will definitely go back if I need future help. He trained me on things I can do at home and at the gym to better myself. I have the plan and the exercises that I need to do. I recommend this location…everyone was exceptionally nice and they made it fun!!
Ben and Chelsie were fantastic, friendly, and attentive to any needs or questions I had. Donna was always welcoming and helpful at the front desk. If I ever need physical therapy again I’ll be heading back to Athletico!
