First of all, Dr. Lower retired and the practice is now Dr. Andrew C. Baloy, DDS. The Baloy team are great! From the front desk staff to the hygienists to Dr. Baloy himself. One word of note, the practice will be moving this summer sometime to new state-of-the-art facility. More details to be provided later.
Dr. Lowe was an amazing dentist, who helped me get over most anxiety I had before when visiting... even for a routine checkup. It was sad to hear he retired when I went in a few months ago.
However, Dr. Baloy seems to have filled his shoes very well. Very similar personality, informative, and takes care of his patients. Changes are stressful, especially when it is medical related... but I feel in pretty good hands with Dr. Baloy, just as I did with Dr. Lowe.
And the rest of the staff, is spectacular as well!
