“For twenty years I have had a spot that leaks, and it damages my ceiling. I have hired numerous contractors through the years to try to remedy the problem. They have replaced flashing and vents and anything else they suspected might be the culprit. I contacted Pence Brothers and Jeremy Pence came out recently. He examined the entire roof and then focused on the target area. He found the problem to be a rusty nail that has probably been there since the roof was replaced in 1995. The damage just continued to grow with time. He removed the nail and sealed the area. He also gave me the same assessment of my roof that my insurance company did three years ago. "There is still a little life left in the roof." I admired his integrity and his willingness to help me solve the issue. There is no doubt that I am going with Pence Brothers in a couple of years when the entire roof needs replaced. I was also impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail! I told him, he had made my day!“

“Joe and his team did an amazing transformation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance company on my behalf, even when it took many MONTHS for my insurance company to respond and issue a request for the next steps. Joe would reach out periodically just to touch base even when there were no results or updates. It was amazing not to have to be the one to reach out and keeps tabs on the progress.The expertise and professionalism during these negotiations were remarkable even with the most challenging and obscure roadblocks were encountered during numerous occassions. (I do NOT recommend my insurance company any longer - this should be that much more meaningful in the obstacles that Legacy Roofing navigated on my behalf).When it came time for the actual projects - extremely fast and efficient. The roof was done in a day or two, siding done within a few days due to weather, and while the siders were fininishing up the gutter company pulled in and it felt like my entire house was set up with gutters in just a few minutes. I couldn't believe it was finished so quickly and done well. Communication was fantastic and expectations were discussed clearly and set ahead of time; When followed through, were spot on.When I voiced that I was unsure of options in my choices Joe was able to offer recommendations based on experience but it never felt like I was being persuaded. From the female experience, it's extremely frustrating when I have frequently dealt in the past with various handypersons and mechanics who prefer to seek out my partner, my dad, or other male presence for discussions instead of me directly. I have a lot of gratitude for the ease of this experience.It feels like it's a brand new house. “Update July 28 2022: Had a shingle torn off shed by wind. Left message for Dustin at 8 pm. He got back with me within an hour and was out later that week to replace the shingle. He also left me some extra shingles. This is the second time Dustin has done wind repairs since installation. He is prompt, professional and punctual. The previous roofer I used was none of these. Highly recommend.Original post: Recent wind storm lifted and damaged several shingles shortly after install b/c they had not sealed fully due to lack of warm days. “5 stars all around! Our roof had some damage due to a wind storm, so we called A Jenkins and they had Cade come out the next day. He was polite and super informative. He talked to our insurance company and we pretty much didn't have to do anything on that end. We picked out the type of shingle we wanted, then a few days later they had a crew come out and completely reshingle our house in one day! It looks amazing and I have no complaints at all. The owner is very nice and Cade was wonderful with answering any questions I had, he was available via phone or text anytime. I highly recommend this company if you need a new roof!“

“Started with weatherseal in 2021 and things fell through on my end...fast forward to 2024 decided to give it a try again. Made the appointment which the lady that answered the phone was very pleasant. The salesman (Ryan Hagen)called to let me know he was on the way.Showed up when said he was going to and was very professional..told him I had a quote from a rival company for a roof ..told me I'll beat there price easily ...keep in mind he was only here to give me a quote on siding and gutters...went out took pictures of the outside of my home and came back in within 10 min.Ryan then proceeded to tell me that he was going to save me almost 6000 dollars...then went on to show me what my house will look like with the siding and roof through the program they use on there tablet...as of right now I am very pleased with how everything went and what Ryan did to help us out... If you need anything done with your house call and ask for Ryan Hagen he goes above and beyond..will keep you posted after it is completedUpdate....Absolutely blown away!!!!! turned out better than what I expected and was all done in a 4 day process...Had a few hiccups along the way but was handled very professional and courteous by the crews and WeatherSeal.
