“Thomas was very helpful let me know my roof only needed a small repair and pointed me in the right directions.”
Pence Bros
“I was referred to Pence Bros. Construction by a friend who was pleased with their work. If you want a high quality residential roofing and interior project I would recommend Pence Bros. Construction. I suggest you ask for Jacob Pence. He managed the project and worked well with the insurance adjuster. When we encountered different issues on the project, like an underlying condition requiring additional roof sheathing or asbestos contained in the adhesive uncovered during the interior ceiling demo, he adeptly made the necessary arrangements to address the situations. Furthermore, Pence Bros. Construction was kind in their approach and made sure to clean-up and handle the details. The appearance of the residential roof and the interior ceiling speaks for itself. It was well done.”
