William was exceptional and went above and beyond. He even was out helping clean up with the crew after the job was completed. Roof looks great! Thanks Exteriors Plus! Looking into new siding and windows this spring with them as well!

We had a great experience with Exteriors Plus after hail damage to our roof and siding. William Dye was great at communicating with us and answering my many questions throughout the entire process. He was on-site when the insurance adjuster was here and we were very happy with the outcome of our claim. The roofing and siding teams did a great job — I was surprised with how quickly it all went. Overall I’m glad we went with this company and would recommend them. Thanks again William!

William stopped by after we had a large hail storm to inspect our roof to see if any damage was done, which there was. He assisted in stressful the insurance claim process taking the time so explain the next steps. He also came to the inspection with the insurance agent to assess the areas of damage he had originally noticed. Following the claim approval our materials were ordered and installed within one day after the supplies was delivered! Highly recommend!
