Initial call made and the owner Jeff answered. It was so refreshing to talk to a live person on the first call. He came out same day for an estimate, and the repair was done the same week. I couldn't be happier with the customer service, quality of work, and very reasonable cost. I will use this company for all my roofing needs in the future.
I cannot recommend this company enough.
I have been dreading this job for a couple years now, anxious about the enormity of it and expense of it, stressed over having to find someone to make it happen…and it does come down to finding someone you can trust, right?

Very satisfied with their professionalism and communication. We had them come for a leak at our chimney, and they determined that we'd actually need a mason to make repairs before they could replace the flashing. I appreciate the honesty and that they made temporary repairs with calk to stop the leaking until we can find a mason.
