“For twenty years I have had a spot that leaks, and it damages my ceiling. I have hired numerous contractors through the years to try to remedy the problem. They have replaced flashing and vents and anything else they suspected might be the culprit. I contacted Pence Brothers and Jeremy Pence came out recently. He examined the entire roof and then focused on the target area. He found the problem to be a rusty nail that has probably been there since the roof was replaced in 1995. The damage just continued to grow with time. He removed the nail and sealed the area. He also gave me the same assessment of my roof that my insurance company did three years ago. "There is still a little life left in the roof." I admired his integrity and his willingness to help me solve the issue. There is no doubt that I am going with Pence Brothers in a couple of years when the entire roof needs replaced. I was also impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail! I told him, he had made my day!“

“We were referred to Jake with J&J Roofing by a friend of ours, who was happy with the work that was completed on his roof. Jake came out to my home , accessed the damage to my roof and ,informed us what needed to be done. The shingles were replaced on the house, along with the garage and shed .Additionally, the entire house had new underlayment.The entire process was completed in a timely and efficient manner . At the finish of the job, there was zero mess to be cleaned up. We would recommend J&J roofing to anyone who is in need of roofing work.“

“Joe and his team did an amazing transformation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance company on my behalf, even when it took many MONTHS for my insurance company to respond and issue a request for the next steps. Joe would reach out periodically just to touch base even when there were no results or updates. It was amazing not to have to be the one to reach out and keeps tabs on the progress.The expertise and professionalism during these negotiations were remarkable even with the most challenging and obscure roadblocks were encountered during numerous occassions. (I do NOT recommend my insurance company any longer - this should be that much more meaningful in the obstacles that Legacy Roofing navigated on my behalf).When it came time for the actual projects - extremely fast and efficient. The roof was done in a day or two, siding done within a few days due to weather, and while the siders were fininishing up the gutter company pulled in and it felt like my entire house was set up with gutters in just a few minutes. I couldn't believe it was finished so quickly and done well. Communication was fantastic and expectations were discussed clearly and set ahead of time; When followed through, were spot on.When I voiced that I was unsure of options in my choices Joe was able to offer recommendations based on experience but it never felt like I was being persuaded. From the female experience, it's extremely frustrating when I have frequently dealt in the past with various handypersons and mechanics who prefer to seek out my partner, my dad, or other male presence for discussions instead of me directly. I have a lot of gratitude for the ease of this experience.It feels like it's a brand new house. Neighbors that I have never interacted with previously took the time to stop by and comment on how phenomenal the progress was. I'm so thankful that I found this company.“
