From the first visit he told me what to expect for each next step and was always communicative. He worked directly with my insurance company and again told me what to expect every time we interacted with them. He is well educated in insurance codes/laws which resulted in full insurance coverage for me. The on-site team was finished in a day and cleaned up after themselves.
