Update July 28 2022: Had a shingle torn off shed by wind. Left message for Dustin at 8 pm. He got back with me within an hour and was out later that week to replace the shingle. He also left me some extra shingles. This is the second time Dustin has done wind repairs since installation. He is prompt, professional and punctual. The previous roofer I used was none of these. Highly recommend.Original post: Recent wind storm lifted and damaged several shingles shortly after install b/c they had not sealed fully due to lack of warm days. Cody and his staff were excellent, they came out 2 days ago to fix the shingles after they came apart in the snow storm. I’m just thankful that we took our neighbor Eli’s recommendation and called these guys because they were quick and pricing was superb.
We’ve been really happy by the Pitch Perfect guys with this re-roof here in Barberton. Overall, I’d like to accredit them for being good communicators, leaving the area nice and clean and getting the project done in a timely manner. Thanks PP!
