For twenty years I have had a spot that leaks, and it damages my ceiling. I have hired numerous contractors through the years to try to remedy the problem. They have replaced flashing and vents and anything else they suspected might be the culprit. I contacted Pence Brothers and Jeremy Pence came out recently. He examined the entire roof and then focused on the target area. He found the problem to be a rusty nail that has probably been there since the roof was replaced in 1995. Our church trustees were impressed when you returned to do subsequent work. When my shop needed a metal roof and our home a replacement skylight there was not a second thought nor thinking about a comparative bid. I needed siding on just a small section of my house.A few companies turned me down or just didn’t answer my e-mails.Because it was a small job.., Daniel came out did some measurements and gave me a very fair quote.Hunter came out and installed insulated siding, he worked very fast and very clean,it looks like an original part of the house. . When I need work on my house done if it’s a service they provide, I will hire them again, I’m very happyPence Bros was the best choice , I’m glad they will do smaller projects when other companies couldn’t be bothered
