Nice company to do business with. Doug Martin was personable, and did a thorough inspection of the roof. His quote was between 2 others, but he suggested an extra venting option that others didn't . The job was done in one day, and I am fully satisfied. I like the photo and video documentation of the job. Recently Doug came out to inspect the new flashing around the chimney after I reported water in the basement at the bottom of chimney. New flashing was fine, but he went ahead and added sealant to some deteriorated mortar joints. I appreciate the fast response and extra effort.
Colton went well beyond with helping get the claim approved, he provided extra pictures, inspections, and a lot of extra work. The upgrade cost for the Malarkey shingles was well worth it! The shingles look great and should only improve in the summer they seat even better. Shingles add to the house value along with the extra durability and protection.
