We cannot speak highly enough for Doug’s heating and plumbing!! Our water heater went out and was covered through a rental program with AWHR and they referred us to Doug’s. I was skeptical at first due to the fact that we live in Tiffin, Ohio and Doug’s is in Elida (near Lima), an hour away!! I called on Wednesday morning and they were there Wednesday afternoon!! Noah, the service tech was very polite and very knowledgeable. Would recommend Doug’s to anyone!! They get a 5 star from us!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Jill's for years and I trust her completely, which is a big deal for someone terrified of dentists after some bad experiences. When I broke a tooth just before I had to go out of town for work and they told me I'd have to see Dr. Rachel (who I've never met so I was all but having a meltdown), I reluctantly agreed.I worried for nothing. Both Dr. Jill and Dr. Rachel are wonderful. Dr. Rachel put me at ease, answered ALL my questions without judgement, and not only did she fix my tooth but I never even felt the shot!! Great customer service! Response time was quick, and when I had some concerns about the visit, a technician cam back out to the house to address them and answered all the questions I had.

Wow what an amazing dance studio! I have had the pleasure of sending my 4 little dancers here for 8 years. This year we added our youngest to the company dance team. This studio truly makes you feel like family and the friendships made here for both students and parents are absolutely wonderful! Miss Shifawn and her staff always take the time to talk and listen to any concerns. I am so glad that we chose this studio all those years ago! SODC rocks!
