“After a BIG HONKIN' tree fell over onto our roof & did a bit of damage, I was looking for a contractor to handle the roof/gutter repairs. Our insurance company (USAA) mentioned that Possert was their local contractor-of-choice, so I contacted them.Things couldn't have been much simpler. The Possert guy came by my house, evaluated the needed repairs, and sent me a repair estimate.It wasn't all that hateful (especially since it would be covered by my home-owner's insurance).I told Possert "go ahead & do the repairs", and the magic happened.They repaired my home's roof, and also replaced the crunched gutters/soffets.All the while, there was EXCELLENT communication.We'd used Possert 20+ years ago after a small fire at home.
