We bought a spec home and contracted with the builder, Design Homes, to add a basement bar and game room. The room layout and interior design options and support by Design Homes were above our hopes. Tino did a great job managing the build, keeping us informed, keeping the project on time and on cost. All of the contractors treated our property with respect, as if it was theirs. We cannot begin to say how happy we are working with Design Homes on the initial purchase and on the basement modifications.
