This was not a simple build — our house has a 45-degree back angle, and they designed everything so it fit cleanly and looked intentional. The finished deck looks amazing with the picture-frame border boards, a custom black railing, and a large set of steps built along the house that makes the whole layout feel natural and easy to use.
They also handled the Kettering permit process, which was more challenging than expected, and kept things moving without a bunch of stress on our end. As part of the project, they installed a new sliding patio door where there used to be a brick wall — a huge upgrade in both light and access. Great communication, professional crew, and excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommend.”
