“After looking at reviews I decided to give Jarvis heating & cooling a call. Maggie answered the phone and setup an appt for the following day to come out to the house. I was originally just asking for the a/c and furnace to be replaced. When Casey and Maggie came by he went up into the attic and checked out all of our duct work as well. It turned out there were a few broken areas that needed to be replaced. Most contractors would have just replaced what I asked for and not looked any further. He gave me some recommendations on how he would update the system if it were his own home which I appreciated. He still gave me two quotes depending on which route I would prefer to take and we decided to go for a full reduct. I decided against getting additional quotes as I really felt comfortable with Maggie and Casey. They seemed to be very trustworthy people which was important to me. The quotes that came back were just a bonus! I was expecting the price to be much more. The job only took about 4.5 days and I was sad to see them go as I really enjoyed talking with them. They are a hoot! I was more than happy to have been able to support a family business and the result is phenomenal. This man knows his air flow! We will 100% be calling them back when it’s time to replace our water heater.”
