“On the morning of the day 5 Star was supposed to be here, they were about 15 to 20 minutes in advance. They had a 2 man team and removed my old furnace and installed the new furnace, all in 6 hours. One of their men walked me through all the maintenance that I am supposed to do. I have 0 complaints about 5 Star. I am so glad that I choose 5 Star to do this work.
