I called because my ac wasn’t working and they had a reasonable trip charge compared to others that I had called, they could get to it the same day (was within 3 hours!), Michael S was very nice and always in communication with how far away he was and time of arrival.
Noah came in to assess the problem. Inspected the whole unit and not just the problem. Found a dangerous issue with the furnace and a bad ac unit that needed addressed ASAP. Noah was able to catch and provide a resolution before anything happened. Great job!
I was very pleased with the service I got from Eric Down. He fixed the problem very fast and was very respectful and knowledgeable. He was very honest and would be more then happy to use Five star home service again. Would be even happier if Eric Doan was my service tech the next time
