“Four years ago American Veterans installed a new roof on our house. During the recent hard rains we had a leak along one of our walls. I called and told them about the leak. The next day, on a Saturday no less, Doug was at our house and did a complete roof inspection. As it turned out the problem was the channel at the bottom of the siding became twisted allowing water to get behind it. This was probably due to a critter on the roof which we have had in the past. Doug fixed it as best as he could and advised me to contact a siding repair person. I asked what I owed him and he said no charge. He stands behind his products and work.”
