“I hired Electric Medic to install one new outlet approximately four feet from an existing outlet, which was used to feed the new receptacle. I agreed to the $610 price before the work began. The outlet works as it should and the technician was pleasant. However, the area was left messy, and a hole was left in the wall that I discovered afterwards. For the price and relatively straightforward scope of the job, I expected a more efficient and polished experience.
The owner contacted me after learning about my concerns. He apologized and explained that the technician apparently did not realize he had made the hole and offered to have it repaired. He also offered a $200 refund, which I appreciate. I give the company credit for reaching out and taking concrete steps to address the situation.
