“Chuck and his crew at Waibel are my heroes! My sister in law's electric was disconnected by a fallen tree branch almost a week ago. AEP disconnected and wouldn't reconnect until she had some repairs done. We had another big name electrical contractor out, they gave us a quote for $5k-9k for all sorts of upgrades, saying everything would have to be upgraded to current code. Apparently things are grandfathered based on what was code at the time... 1958. Everything was functional and safe, but we needed the mast and the meter box replaced. Guys had her electric back on within a couple hours of arriving.

“Jim came out. He’s an electrician with 40 years experience and is semi retired . He was honest , quick , and efficient with my service call. Service call was $125 which is super cheap compared to the competition. Highly recommended“

“I was trying to save money and ended up running out of gas on a busy part of Westerville road or was wet sprinkling and I’ve got my dog in the car with me. I’m freaked out flashers on and trying to push my car by myself. A big white van pulls up behind me with a mid city electric sign on there and out comes an angel named Brian who not only helped me push my car to the side of the road he left and came back with a gas can full of gas and helped me get back on my way! He did this for free and said he has four daughters and hopes that if they are ever in trouble he would hope someone would be there for them!! Saved my day and was just a sweet person!!
