I have used Jess Howard for 30 years for both home and business and they always go above and beyond!! I recently had a friend say she had problems at her house and called out a company and they told her that the entire panel in her house needed replacement. I told her to call Jess Howard and it turned out being a bad outdoor outlet and they had the inexpensive problem fixed quickly. Needless to say she was thrilled!!!!
We had problems with an outdoor outlet, and couldn't get it to work - it also effected 2 outlets inside the house. Naimo Coniz was our technician and he knew exactly what to do and took care of it very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and a joy to have in our home!

I had a very nice experience with 2 gentleman, Ivan & Paco; that work for this company. My leasing company contracted this company to complete some electrical work in my apartment. Ivan & Paco were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.They were kind enough to answer any questions that I had, and they ended up having to cut into the drywall to take care of the issue. The cuts were clean & easy enough to have repaired by my maintenance team. I will say they tried a less invasive approach & attempted to access my attic space first, but that was a no go (the supervisor of my maintenance team double checked, but it truly is blocked from the inside of the attic)....read full review
