Everything about our experience with Romanoff was above and beyond! We couldn't be happier with the install of our new furnace and a/c unit. The technicians were friendly and very mindful of keeping our home clean as they went in and out of the house. Hired Romanoff to install light fixtures, a ceiling fan and various other projects for our brand new condo. Kurt from their team arrived early and was extremely professional and helpful. He made some suggestions to make things more effective; then allowed us to run to Lowe's and get some extra assessories. I would hesitate to recommend them.

Our A/C died 2 weeks ago when it was about 100 degrees out. John from Romanoff came out and got us back up and running temporarily. Our system in the house we just bought was 45 years old!!! There was a leak and a burned up compressor and compacitor. We opted to have the whole thing replaced. However, there was a warranty company involved that took their sweet time getting things approved and sending "a second opinion out" to double check things. Turns out, John's findings were accurate!
