Powerlines Lancaster, Ohio great people had my Generac go down on me over the weekend. Come right out and took care of me every time I had to call them always return my calls I would recommend them over anybody hooking up a Generac. They take care of their customers
We had a whole house generator installed this week. They coordinated the job with the propane tank installation, and with the electric company. So we didn’t have to worry about any of that. We also had to set up a temporary generator connection while the job was being done due to my husband being on oxygen 24/7 and Adam helped us with that. Adam and his crew did a wonderful job! They were right on time (early), and completed the job within 4 - 5 hours. We expected it to be an all day job, especially since we had changed our mind on where we wanted the generator to go, so extra trenching had to be done. I worked with Steve to get an for a generator estimate and he was very helpful, answered all of my questions and got me my quote when he said he would. Kelly was extremely helpful in helping me coordinate with Suburban Propane for the fuel tank installation. The day of the installation, the crew showed right on time. They went out of their way to help me get temporary power hooked up for my wife's life support equipment and our well pump. Adam and his crew were extremely professional and friendly.
