We had 2 gentlemen out to help fix a very strange problem. They were detail oriented, explained everything to me to help me understand, didn’t pull anything n else other than to help fix the problem and they were so kind, respectful and professional. Every step of the way with this business was amazing!

They came within 2 days, non emergency call. Explained what they would be doing prior. Were able to fix the problem, and said my problem was with the power company not feeding into my house properly. The problem was resolved that day.

We had some extensive work done today by Tyler, which included a new Breaker Panel installation and outside work as well. We could not be more satisfied. Every step of the way Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His work was performed skillfully, and we really liked him. I must say that he is a tremendous asset to Mr. Electric and I will be recommending Mr. Electric to others. Well done Tyler! You were Awesome!
