“Can’t recommend enough - Ken and his sister Virginia are such amazing people. So thorough, answered questions I don’t even know I had, and nearly same price for a 6-month treatment as I was paying Aptive to come bimonthly. We had an inactive wasp/hornet nest high up in the peak of our roof. Virginia couldn’t reach it when she treated our home. Ken followed up and asked if she was able to reach it. When I told him no and that it was fine since it was inactive, he came over and removed it anyway so we wouldn’t have to! I’m so glad I cancelled Aptive and switched to a family-owned business run by people who actually care about their customers.“

“I scheduled an exterminator but called Bed Bug BBQ anyway to see what they had to say. I was on a budget. Vicki was very helpful by telling me about a product they use, Aprehend which was suggested since I wasn't interested in heat treatment due to the price. She asked me to send her some photos and said Chris would call me and check them out. He did and agreed to do an inspection the same day. I was very surprised but he did not find evidence of bed bugs (I didn't have many pictures but what I found most looked like a larvae-a cream color. He turned my mattress over to check as well as checking the closet and other places and did not find evidence of bed bugs. He recommended that I don't get bed bug treatment. He also gave me a magnifying glass which is wonderful because I had started to question every speck I saw! The magnifying glass doesn't lie. Thanks, Chris, Vicki and Bed Bug BBQ!“

The gentleman who took the order placed three bait stations outside my house and two in my basement. That same night, the mouse was dealt with.
